For security reasons, the Bytecrank filebox works only for these file formats: jpg, jpeg, gif, png, tif, html, htm, xhtml, css, js, pdf, txt, doc, docx, ppt, pptx, pps, ppsx, odt, xls, xlsx, zip, mp3, m4a, ogg, wav, mp4, m4v, flv, swf, webm, mov, wmv, avi, mpg, ogv, 3gp, 3g2, ttf, otf, woff, woff2, svg, eot.
We strive for 100% server uptime, but it is not guaranteed. Unforeseen downtime may occur, and if it does, we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
We work hard to provide you with flawless, cross-browser compatibile code, but we do not guarantee this.
Consistency is important to us, but we reserve the right to change Bytecrank at any time, as we see fit. Our goal is to have a clean, easy, and useful user experience.
Your monthly payment to Bytecrank can be canceled at any time through Paypal. Your account will be deleted immediately upon canceling payments, and no refunds or compensation will be offered for the unused remainder of the month.
As much as we care about your consistant and reliable experience with Bytecrank, we cannot guarantee that glitches affecting your experience will not happen. We take your finances seriously and will try to make things right, as we see fit, should any inconveniences occur. We DO NOT handle your payment information. Paypal (a large, secure internet transaction company) is in charge of that. Also, all passwords are encrypted for your security. You should feel safe with Bytecrank. We work tirelessly towards your online security.
